On March 27th, Rashmika and Stu "tied the knot" (with fashion commentary by Natalie).

TRIVIA QUESTION:  Where was Rashmika born????

ANSWER
LOUISE CANBERG YOUTIE

"Aunt Lou" Youtie of Ann Arbor, MI. died after a short illness on Wednesday, February 18, 2004; she
was 94.

Aunt Lou earned her her B.A. at the University of Michigan in 1932 and her M.A. the following year.
After her marriage to Professor Herbert C. Youtie (youngest brother of Ben Youtie) in 1934, she
became a constant and tireless worker in the University's papyrology collections, as her husband's
research assistant. (Herbert, who passed away in 1980, was considered one of the world's foremost
scholars in his field).

Louise gradually undertook an increasing number of projects on her own, publishing texts of
documentary papyri and offering corrections for already published texts.  Her last publication was in
1996;
when she was 86 years old.

We are all proud to have known both Aunt Lou and Uncle Herb - modest people who enriched the
lives of all who they touched.

(updated April 27, 2004)

As we enter spring and are surrounded by the miracle of the renewal of life,
we contemplate and celebrate the lives of our beloved family members who left us :
Natalie Segal on March 28, Sidney Albert on April 18, and Louise Youtie on February 18th.

Sidney W. Albert

Sidney Albert succumbed to extended illness just before his 81st birthday.  He will be sorely
missed by beloved wife Molly (nee Segal); devoted children Marc Albert and Andrea Batchler;
brothers Joseph and Marvin Albert; son-in-law Paul Batchler, grandchildren Bryan, Julie and
Stephanie Batchler,
great-grandson Jackson  -  and all whose lives were touched by this kind
and gentle man.

A blessing for the Albert / Batchler family!
