A cultural journalist now based in the Washington D.C. metro area, Stephen H. Segal (the "H"
stands for "He's neither Steven Seagal the martial artist nor Steve Seagle the comic-book
author") manages the magazine division of Wildside Press, which includes "Weird Tales",
"Fantasy Magazine", "Adventure Tales", "Cat Tales", "H.P. Lovecraft's Magazine of Horror", et al.
